Annual whole house door and window maintenance package

Includes lubricating, adjusting, and troubleshooting. The Annual Cost is $800.00 for a visit from a service technician once a year.

Service rates

The hourly rate is $85.00 per hour per man,

plus driving time, as we are based in SD.

Parts can be ordered and quoted if needed.
